🖨️ Production Supervisor – Printing & Packaging Industry
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our printing and packaging facility. The role involves supervising production teams, ensuring machines run efficiently, meeting daily targets, and maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Plan and supervise daily production schedules
Allocate jobs across printing, die-cutting, and finishing machines
Monitor machine efficiency and reduce downtime
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Team Supervision:
Supervise machine operators and helpers
Train and guide staff on quality and safety standards
Enforce discipline and productivity
Monitor attendance and performance
Quality Control:
Ensure correct color registration and print quality
Minimize wastage and production errors
Approve first print samples before full production
Coordinate with pre-press to resolve technical issues
Operations Coordination:
Coordinate with storekeeper for material availability
Ensure correct paper, board, and dies are ready before production
Report daily output, machine hours, and wastage
Communicate with sales/management regarding job status
Maintenance & Safety:
Ensure basic machine maintenance is followed
Report technical issues immediately
Maintain safety and cleanliness in production area

نبحث عن مشرف إنتاج منظم وعملي للإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مصنع الطباعة والتغليف. تشمل المسؤوليات: الإشراف على فرق الإنتاج، ضمان تشغيل الآلات بكفاءة، تحقيق الأهداف اليومية، والحفاظ على معايير الجودة الصارمة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة قوية في الطباعة الأوفست وإنتاج التغليف
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة الإنتاج:
تخطيط والإشراف على جداول الإنتاج اليومية
توزيع المهام على آلات الطباعة، القص، والتشطيب
مراقبة كفاءة الآلات وتقليل فترة التوقف
ضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد
الإشراف على الفريق:
الإشراف على مشغلي الآلات والمساعدين
تدريب الموظفين على معايير الجودة والسلامة
فرض الانضباط وزيادة الإنتاجية
متابعة الحضور والأداء
مراقبة الجودة:
التأكد من صحة تسجيل الألوان وجودة الطباعة
تقليل الهدر وأخطاء الإنتاج
اعتماد العينات الأولى قبل الإنتاج الكامل
التنسيق مع قسم ما قبل الطباعة لحل المشكلات الفنية
تنسيق العمليات:
التنسيق مع المخزن لتوفر المواد
التأكد من جاهزية الورق، الكرتون، والقوالب قبل الإنتاج
رفع تقارير الإنتاج اليومي وساعات تشغيل الآلات والهدر
التواصل مع قسم المبيعات/الإدارة بخصوص حالة العمل
الصيانة والسلامة:
متابعة صيانة الآلات الأساسية
الإبلاغ الفوري عن المشاكل التقنية
الحفاظ على السلامة والنظافة في منطقة الإنتاج
