📦 Operations Supervisor – E-commerce (Kuwait)
A growing fashion & retail apparel business is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Shopify order processing
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
Coordinate deliveries and follow up with drivers
Oversee customer service and handle escalated complaints
Supervise staff workflow from opening to closing
Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels
Requirements:
Based in Kuwait
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years experience in retail, e-commerce, or operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred

المسؤوليات:
الإشراف على معالجة الطلبات اليومية على Shopify
ضمان الدقة في اختيار، تعبئة، وشحن الطلبات
تنسيق عمليات التسليم والمتابعة مع السائقين
متابعة خدمة العملاء وحل الشكاوى المعقدة
الإشراف على سير العمل من فتح إلى إغلاق المتجر
مراقبة دقة المخزون ومستويات البضاعة
المتطلبات:
الإقامة في الكويت
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في البيع بالتجزئة، التجارة الإلكترونية، أو العمليات
مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
التعيين الفوري مفضل
