Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B related studies.
Experience: 3–5 years of Gulf experience specifically in 5-star hotels or reputed industrial catering companies.

Attributes: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
Culinary Team: Preparing high-quality meals (Indian/Arabic/Pastry) while adhering to strict recipes and hygiene standards.
Service Team: Providing professional food and beverage service to clients and maintaining dining standards.
Support Staff: Assisting in food preparation, meat processing (Butchers), and maintaining the highest levels of kitchen cleanliness.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all operations follow designated food safety and HACCP guidelines.

المعرفة الفنية: إلمام أساسي وتطبيق لمعايير سلامة الأغذية.
اللغات: مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
السمات: القدرة على العمل بكفاءة ضمن فريق وفي بيئة عمل متسارعة.
مسئوليات
الفريق الطهي: تحضير وجبات عالية الجودة (هندية/عربية/حلويات) مع الالتزام بالوصفات ومعايير النظافة.
فريق الخدمة: تقديم خدمات طعام وشراب مهنية للعملاء والحفاظ على معايير الضيافة.
طاقم الدعم: المساعدة في تحضير الطعام، تجهيز اللحوم، والحفاظ على أقصى درجات النظافة في المطبخ.
الامتثال للسلامة: ضمان اتباع كافة العمليات لإرشادات سلامة الأغذية والهاسب (HACCP).
