Requirements

Civil Engineer – Project Planning:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10–15 years in civil engineering project planning within the construction sector.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Competencies: Expertise in cost control, resource planning, and recovery programs.

Safety Officer (KGOC Project):

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in construction safety management (Oil & Gas or Industrial experience preferred).
Certifications: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Preparing and maintaining project schedules, baselines, and weekly/monthly progress reports. Supporting claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and variation analysis.
Safety Management: Conducting site inspections and audits, developing and implementing safety plans and policies, and ensuring full HSE compliance.
Coordination: Liaising with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project milestones and safety protocols are met.

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.

المهارات التقنية: إتقان تام لبرنامج Primavera P6 و MS Project.
الكفاءات: خبرة في مراقبة التكاليف، تخطيط الموارد، ووضع خطط الاسترداد الزمني.

ضابط سلامة (مشروع KGOC):

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة سلامة الإنشاءات (يفضل خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو المشاريع الصناعية).
المعرفة الفنية: معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير تقييم المخاطر.

مسئوليات

تخطيط المشاريع: إعداد وصيانة الجداول الزمنية، تحديث التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية، ودعم تحليل المطالبات (Claims) وتمديد الوقت (EOT).
إدارة السلامة: إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق للمواقع، تطوير وتنفيذ خطط وإجراءات السلامة، وضمان الامتثال الكامل للمعايير.
التنسيق: التواصل مع فرق الموقع والاستشاريين والعملاء لضمان تحقيق مراحل المشروع وفق بروتوكولات السلامة.
