🏗️ Foreman (Steel) – Leading Oil & Gas Company (Kuwait)
Requirements:
Supervise and manage all daily steel fabrication activities including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly
Ensure smooth workflow and achievement of production targets
Ensure all fabricated work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings
Coordinate with production, stores, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and proper scheduling
Enforce strict safety standards, ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and PPE
Train, guide, and monitor workers’ performance, attendance, and discipline
