Chef – Frozen Pizza & Pastry Specialist
CRM / Telesales Specialist
Receptionist (Temporary Assignment – 1 to 2 Months)

Responsibilities

Chef: Specialize in the development and production of high-quality frozen pizza and pastry products. Ensure consistent taste, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards in a production environment.
CRM / Telesales Specialist: Manage customer relationships through effective communication. Handle outbound and inbound calls to drive sales, provide product information, and maintain an accurate customer database.
Receptionist: Serve as the first point of contact for the company. Manage front-desk operations, handle inquiries professionally, and provide administrative support during this short-term assignment.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in the relevant field for the Chef and CRM roles.
Residency: Must hold a Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) visa.
Location: Applications are accepted from candidates currently residing Inside Kuwait Only.
Skills: Strong communication skills for office roles and specialized technical culinary skills for the Chef position.
Availability: For the Receptionist role, candidates must be available for a 1 to 2-month temporary contract.

أخصائي علاقات عملاء / مبيعات هاتفية (CRM / Telesales)
موظف/ة استقبال (عقد مؤقت - شهر إلى شهرين)

المسؤوليات

شيف: التخصص في تطوير وإنتاج منتجات البيتزا والمعجنات المجمدة عالية الجودة. ضمان ثبات المذاق، ومراقبة الجودة، والالتزام بمعايير سلامة الأغذية في بيئة الإنتاج.
أخصائي CRM / مبيعات هاتفية: إدارة علاقات العملاء من خلال التواصل الفعال. إجراء واستقبال المكالمات لتعزيز المبيعات، وتقديم معلومات عن المنتجات، وتحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء بدقة.
موظف استقبال: القيام بدور نقطة الاتصال الأولى للشركة. إدارة عمليات المكتب الأمامي، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات باحترافية، وتقديم الدعم الإداري خلال فترة التكليف المؤقتة.

المتطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة في المجال ذي الصلة لوظائف الشيف والمبيعات الهاتفية.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاملاً لإقامة سارية مادة 18 (أهلي) قابلة للتحويل.
الموقع: التوظيف متاح فقط للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية للوظائف المكتبية، ومهارات فنية تخصصية في الطهي لوظيفة الشيف.
التوفر: لوظيفة الاستقبال، يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً للعمل بعقد مؤقت لمدة تتراوح بين شهر إلى شهرين.
