What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the rollout of sales strategies at store level
Track daily sales performance and report trends, risks, and opportunities
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and slow-moving stock reduction opportunities
Ensure promotions, discounts, and merchandising follow company direction
Supervise stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
Conduct spot checks and support stock counts

Junior Internal Control

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the team in performing annual and ad-hoc risk assessments.
Help create and maintain Risk Registers based on real insights.
Dive into business processes to understand where the true risks lie.
Execute RMIC assignments using a risk-based approach.
Review key processes like inventory, procurement, cash cycles, and returns for compliance, control, and efficiency.
Spot opportunities for improvements and make them happen.
Draft observations and recommendations with clarity and impact.

Assistant Internal Control Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the implementation of approved internal control policies across business units.
Translate internal control policies into practical procedures and workflows.
Monitor compliance and escalate non-compliance issues to the Internal Control Manager
Assist in reviewing and documenting policies, SOPs, and authority matrices in line with governance standards.
Support control identification and risk assessment through data analysis and discussions with process owners.

Document Controller

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital employee and government records
Ensure proper filing, indexing, version control, and document accuracy
Monitor document expiry dates (visas, IDs, work permits, licenses) and proactively flag renewals

دعم تنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات على مستوى المتجر
تتبع أداء المبيعات اليومية وقم بالإبلاغ عن الاتجاهات والمخاطر والفرص
حدد فرص البيع الإضافي والبيع المتقاطع وتخفيض المخزون الراكد
تأكد من أن العروض الترويجية والخصومات والتسويق تتماشى مع توجيهات الشركة.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون لمنع التخزين الزائد أو نفاد المخزون
إجراء عمليات تفتيش مفاجئة ودعم عمليات جرد المخزون

مراقب داخلي مبتدئ

ما ستفعله:

دعم الفريق في إجراء تقييمات المخاطر السنوية والطارئة.
المساعدة في إنشاء سجلات المخاطر والحفاظ عليها بناءً على رؤى حقيقية.
تعمّق في عمليات الأعمال لفهم أين تكمن المخاطر الحقيقية.
تنفيذ مهام إدارة المخاطر والتحسين المستمر باستخدام نهج قائم على المخاطر.
مراجعة العمليات الرئيسية مثل المخزون والمشتريات ودورات النقد والمرتجعات من أجل الامتثال والتحكم والكفاءة.
حدد فرص التحسين ونفذها.
صياغة الملاحظات والتوصيات بوضوح وتأثير.

مساعد مدير الرقابة الداخلية

ما ستفعله:

دعم تنفيذ سياسات الرقابة الداخلية المعتمدة في جميع وحدات العمل.
ترجمة سياسات الرقابة الداخلية إلى إجراءات وسير عمل عملية.
مراقبة الامتثال وإحالة حالات عدم الامتثال إلى مدير الرقابة الداخلية
المساعدة في مراجعة وتوثيق السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية الموحدة ومصفوفات الصلاحيات بما يتماشى مع معايير الحوكمة.
دعم تحديد الضوابط وتقييم المخاطر من خلال تحليل البيانات والمناقشات مع أصحاب العمليات.

مسؤول الوثائق

إنشاء وتنظيم وصيانة السجلات المادية والرقمية للموظفين والجهات الحكومية
ضمان حفظ الملفات وفهرستها والتحكم في إصداراتها ودقة المستندات بشكل صحيح
مراقبة تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية الوثائق (التأشيرات، وبطاقات الهوية، وتصاريح العمل، والرخص) والإبلاغ الاستباقي عن عمليات التجديد
إعداد وتقديم الوثائق إلى السلطات الحكومية (التأشيرات، والتجديدات، والموافقات، وما إلى ذلك).
