- To read blueprints, plans and specifications in-order to understand the product requirements
- Conduct regular quality assessments for all material of the assigned products which would include incoming products from vendors as well as finished products prior to being shipped and report to the Quality Supervisor.
- To conduct thorough inspection on sample products, ensure the product measurements, dimensions and functionality are all as per quality and organization standards
- To conduct regular reviews of the product Blueprints and specifications to ensure the produced products match the company standards
- To perform mandatory inspection test checks on all incoming material from vendors
- Monitoring operating procedures of production to ensure company quality standards are maintained.

· Assist the buyer in placing orders and arranging of service contract.· Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on due dates.· Maintain records and follow up files of purchases, shipments current stock level, stock in transition and ordering needs along with product and price details· Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery· Assist in Managing budgets, including costs for labor, shipping, and other expenses associated with purchasing specific items· Determining whether new suppliers are qualified to meet company standards for quality and delivery timeframes Maintenance and tracking of daily stock reports· To validate all daily reports with those maintained in the System

- · Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
