Contracts Engineer
Job Description
- Monitor, supervise, and ensure compliance with the construction and other related contracts of the project and advice to the Project Management.
- Prepare and handle all contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the Project execution and the construction contract.
- Ensure compliance to contractual obligations towards the Client during project execution and reports to the Management.
- Monitor and identify all contractual and law related matters occurring at project level and refers same to the Project Management.
- Prepare specific Contracts and other legal documents with Third Parties based on standard templates.
- Review proposals from suppliers/subcontractors and prepare routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications from contractual point of view.
Mechanical Procurement Engineer (Rotating & Static Equipment)
Qualifications
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps) and static equipment (e.g., tanks, valves), procurement processes, and safety standards.
- Oil/gas rotating and static equipment experience, UAE/Kuwait standards.
- Complements SCM team with rotating equipment expertise.
- Enhances SCM team with static equipment expertise.
- 3–5 years of design and engineering experience in mechanical rotating and static systems prior to procurement role.
- Procurement experience in oil/gas as well as marine projects.

مهندس عقود
المسمى الوظيفي
- مراقبة والإشراف على وضمان الامتثال لعقود البناء والعقود الأخرى ذات الصلة بالمشروع وتقديم المشورة لإدارة المشروع.
- إعداد ومعالجة جميع المراسلات التعاقدية والوثائق القانونية الأخرى المتعلقة بتنفيذ المشروع وعقد البناء.
- ضمان الالتزام بالالتزامات التعاقدية تجاه العميل أثناء تنفيذ المشروع وتقديم التقارير إلى الإدارة.
- مراقبة وتحديد جميع المسائل التعاقدية والقانونية المتعلقة بالمشروع وإحالتها إلى إدارة المشروع.
- إعداد عقود محددة ووثائق قانونية أخرى مع أطراف ثالثة بناءً على نماذج قياسية.
- مراجعة المقترحات المقدمة من الموردين/المقاولين من الباطن وإعداد الردود الروتينية على المقترحات والعطاءات وتعديلات العقود من وجهة نظر تعاقدية.
مهندس مشتريات ميكانيكية (معدات دوارة وثابتة)
المؤهلات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
- معرفة المعدات الدوارة (مثل المضخات) والمعدات الثابتة (مثل الخزانات والصمامات)، وعمليات الشراء، ومعايير السلامة.
- خبرة في المعدات الدوارة والثابتة للنفط والغاز، وفقًا لمعايير الإمارات العربية المتحدة/الكويت.
- يُكمّل فريق إدارة سلسلة التوريد بخبرته في مجال المعدات الدوارة.
- يعزز فريق إدارة سلسلة التوريد بخبرة في المعدات الثابتة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التصميم والهندسة في الأنظمة الميكانيكية الدوارة والثابتة قبل شغل منصب المشتريات.
- خبرة في مجال المشتريات في مشاريع النفط والغاز وكذلك المشاريع البحرية.
