Assistant Warehouse Supervisor – Kuwait

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, quality inspection, storage, and order fulfillment
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity targets and maintain a safe work culture
Oversee accurate stock levels using cycle counts, audits, and WMS
Enforce safety policies and local labor/fire regulations
Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and KPIs
Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Experience handling household goods, furniture, or retail inventory preferred
Proficiency in WMS, MS Office (Excel), and inventory tracking software
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid driving license; forklift/pallet jack experience a plus

Ø إدارة العمليات اليومية للمستودع بما في ذلك الاستلام، التفتيش، التخزين، وتلبية الطلبات

Ø الإشراف على فريق العمل وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية

Ø متابعة مستويات المخزون بدقة عبر العد الدوري والتدقيق واستخدام أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS)

Ø الالتزام بسياسات السلامة المحلية ولوائح العمل والحريق

Ø إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية حول أداء المستودع والفجوات في المخزون ومؤشرات الأداء

Ø اقتراح حلول لتحسين تدفق العمل ومعالجة الاختناقات في سلسلة الإمداد

المتطلبات:

Ø درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

Ø خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات المستودعات، منها 2–3 سنوات في دور إشرافي

Ø خبرة في التعامل مع السلع المنزلية، الأثاث، أو مخزون التجزئة

Ø إجادة أنظمة WMS وبرامج MS Office (خصوصًا Excel) وبرامج متابعة المخزون

Ø إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية

Ø مهارات حل المشكلات والتواصل والقدرة على العمل في سوق سريع الحركة

Ø رخصة قيادة سارية وخبرة في استخدام معدات المناولة (رافعة شوكية، عربة منصات) تعتبر ميزة
