- Administer defined Engagement and Diversity plans and initiatives
- Apply prescribed process to roll out the annual Employee Opinion Survey and implement related projects and initiatives as per defined plans
- Perform activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
- Prioritize and coordinate activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
- Address recurring issues related to employee engagement and motivation
- Support coordination in consolidating and maintaining required data, files and reports for Engagement and Diversity initiatives
