Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and risk management.
Assess operational processes for compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations and internal company policies.
Identify discrepancies, risks, or inefficiencies and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Prepare clear, detailed audit reports for management, highlighting key findings and progress trackers.
Perform follow-up reviews to ensure that corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of transparency and operational integrity.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in internal audit, finance, or accounting (experience in the exchange or banking sector is an advantage).
Skills: Sharp analytical skills with extreme attention to detail and professional skepticism.
Integrity: High level of personal and professional integrity and reliability.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex findings clearly.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلي شاملة لتقييم فعالية الضوابط المالية وإدارة المخاطر.
تقييم العمليات التشغيلية لضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية الكويتية وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.
تحديد الفجوات، المخاطر، أو عدم الكفاءة وتقديم توصيات عملية قائمة على البيانات للتحسين.
إعداد تقارير تدقيق واضحة ومفصلة للإدارة، تسلط الضوء على النتائج الرئيسية ومسارات التقدم.
إجراء مراجعات متابعة لضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بفعالية.
التعاون مع مختلف الأقسام لتعزيز ثقافة الشفافية والنزاهة التشغيلية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة في التدقيق الداخلي، المالية، أو المحاسبة (الخبرة في قطاع الصرافة أو البنوك تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
المهارات: مهارات تحليلية حادة مع اهتمام فائق بالتفاصيل ومهنية عالية.
النزاهة: مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة الشخصية والمهنية والموثوقية.
التواصل: مهارات قوية في التواصل وإعداد التقارير، مع القدرة على شرح النتائج المعقدة بوضوح.
الموقع: التقديم متاح للمرشحين المقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
