Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging – Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Industry: Printing & Packaging
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients
Identify new business opportunities in printing & packaging (offset, digital, paper bags, cartons, etc.)
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Coordinate with production and operations to ensure timely delivery
Follow up on payments and maintain client satisfaction
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven sales experience in printing & packaging industry
Strong knowledge of printing materials, processes, and costing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid Kuwait driving license preferred

المهام:
تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الصناعيين والشركات
تحديد فرص عمل جديدة في مجال الطباعة والتغليف (أوفست، رقمية، أكياس ورقية، كراتين، إلخ)
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية
إعداد عروض الأسعار، التفاوض على الأسعار، وإغلاق الصفقات
التنسيق مع الإنتاج والعمليات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
متابعة المدفوعات والحفاظ على رضا العملاء
المتطلبات:
خبرة 5–10 سنوات مثبتة في المبيعات بصناعة الطباعة والتغليف
معرفة قوية بمواد الطباعة والعمليات والتكلفة
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
يفضل رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
