Responsibilities
Quantity Surveyors (Civil & MEP): Lead the tendering process and manage complex contract documentation. You will be responsible for precise cost estimation, variations, and ensuring all financial aspects of projects align with contractual obligations and Kuwaiti market standards.
Procurement Engineer: Source and secure high-grade materials and services essential for Oil & Gas construction. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless supply chain that meets stringent project timelines and quality specifications.
Requirements
Civil QS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Kuwait. Mandatory expertise in Tendering and Contracts.
MEP QS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Kuwait. Mandatory expertise in Tendering and Contracts.
Procurement Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience specifically in the Kuwaiti market.
General: Proven track record in the Oil & Gas construction sector and deep knowledge of local regulatory standards.

المسؤوليات
حاسبي الكميات (مدني/كهرباء وميكانيك): قيادة عمليات تقديم العطاءات وإدارة وثائق العقود المعقدة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقدير التكاليف بدقة، وإدارة أوامر التغيير، وضمان توافق كافة الجوانب المالية للمشاريع مع الالتزامات التعاقدية ومعايير السوق الكويتي.
مهندس المشتريات: تأمين المواد والخدمات عالية الجودة الضرورية لإنشاءات النفط والغاز. ستتولى إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين، والتفاوض على العقود، وضمان سلاسة سلاسل الإمداد بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية الصارمة للمشاريع ومواصفات الجودة.
المتطلبات
حاسب كميات مدني: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الكويت. خبرة إلزامية في العطاءات والعقود (Tendering and Contracts).
حاسب كميات MEP: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الكويت. خبرة إلزامية في العطاءات والعقود.
مهندس مشتريات: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات حصراً في السوق الكويتي.
عام: سجل حافل في قطاع إنشاءات النفط والغاز ومعرفة عميقة بالمعايير الرقابية المحلية.
