EYFS Teacher
Primary Teacher

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum across various key stages.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic growth.
Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
Collaborate with department heads and fellow educators to refine curriculum delivery and school initiatives.
Maintain professional communication with parents regarding student achievements and well-being.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and continuous professional development programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant education major is mandatory.
Certification: Must hold a recognized teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Experience: Prior experience teaching within the UK Education System is required.
Security: Must provide a clear Police Clearance Certificate or ICPC dated within the last six months.
Location: Applications are accepted from candidates currently residing Inside Kuwait Only.
Documentation: CV must clearly show months/years of employment and explain any gaps in your professional history.

المسؤوليات
تقديم دروس عالية الجودة تتماشى مع المنهج الوطني البريطاني عبر مختلف المراحل الدراسية.
تعزيز بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وشاملة ومحفزة تشجع على تفاعل الطلاب ونموهم الأكاديمي.
تقييم وتتبع وتقديم تقارير عن تقدم الطلاب، مع تقديم ملاحظات بناءة لدعم التطوير الفردي.
التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام والزملاء المعلمين لتحسين تقديم المناهج والمبادرات المدرسية.
الحفاظ على تواصل مهني مع أولياء الأمور فيما يتعلق بإنجازات الطلاب وسلامتهم.
المشاركة في الفعاليات المدرسية، والأنشطة اللاصفية، وبرامج التطوير المهني المستمر.
المتطلبات
التعليم: شهادة البكالوريوس في تخصص تعليمي ذي صلة (شرط أساسي).
الاعتماد: يجب الحصول على شهادة تعليم معترف بها (مثل PGCE أو QTS أو ما يعادلها).
الخبرة: يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في نظام التعليم في المملكة المتحدة (UK Education System).
الأمن: تقديم شهادة خلو من الأحكام الجنائية (بحث وتحري) أو ICPC صادرة خلال الأشهر الستة الماضية.
الموقع: التقديم متاح فقط للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت.
التوثيق: يجب أن يوضح التوظيف بالشهور والسنوات مع شرح أي فجوات زمنية في السيرة الذاتية.
