Available Positions
Accountant (Oil & Gas Specialist)
Responsibilities
Manage and prepare critical trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and Performance Bond Guarantees (PBG).
Monitor and manage comprehensive cash flow statements to ensure optimal liquidity for ongoing operations.
Maintain detailed financial records for all industrial projects and high-value Purchase Orders (POs).
Track project expenditures and perform variance analysis to ensure budget compliance.
Coordinate with banking institutions to facilitate and renew guarantees and financial facilities.
Ensure all financial activities align with company policies and the specific regulatory requirements of the Oil & Gas sector.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid accounting experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge in handling LCs, Bank Guarantees, PBGs, and Cash Flow management.
Project Accounting: Proven ability to manage complex Purchase Orders and multi-site project accounting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in advanced accounting software/ERP systems.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.

مراقبة وإدارة بيانات التدفق النقدي الشاملة لضمان السيولة المثلى للعمليات الجارية.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات مالية مفصلة لجميع المشاريع الصناعية وأوامر الشراء (PO) ذات القيمة العالية.
تتبع مصروفات المشاريع وإجراء تحليل الانحرافات لضمان الامتثال للميزانية.
التنسيق مع المؤسسات المصرفية لتسهيل وتجديد الضمانات والتسهيلات المالية.
ضمان توافق جميع الأنشطة المالية مع سياسات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية لقطاع النفط والغاز.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة محاسبية قوية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، وتحديداً داخل قطاع النفط والغاز.
الخبرة الفنية: معرفة متقدمة في التعامل مع الاعتمادات المستندية (LC)، والضمانات البنكية، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.
محاسبة المشاريع: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة أوامر الشراء المعقدة ومحاسبة المشاريع متعددة المواقع.
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مؤهل مهني ذو صلة.
المهارات: عقلية تحليلية قوية، دقة في التفاصيل، وإجادة البرامج المحاسبية المتقدمة وأنظمة ERP.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت مع إقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل.
