Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical care and patient monitoring in accordance with international healthcare standards.
Administer medications, treatments, and perform specialized nursing procedures with precision.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and patient documentation.
Provide exceptional emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
Ensure a safe and sterile clinical environment by adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
Experience (BSc): Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Experience (GNM): Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Licensing: Candidates must have passed the Prometric exam or have an active license application in progress.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and superior customer service skills.
Attitude: A professional, active, and proactive approach to patient care.

تقديم رعاية سريرية عالية الجودة ومراقبة المرضى وفقاً للمعايير الصحية الدولية.
إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التمريضية المتخصصة بدقة عالية.
التعاون مع الفريق الطبي متعدد التخصصات لتطوير وتنفيذ خطط رعاية شاملة للمرضى.
الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة ومفصلة ووثائق شاملة لكل مريض.
تقديم الدعم المعنوي الاستثنائي والتثقيف الصحي للمرضى وعائلاتهم.
ضمان بيئة سريرية آمنة ومعقمة من خلال الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى.
المتطلبات
التعليم: بكالوريوس في علوم التمريض (BSc) أو دبلوم التمريض العام والقبالة (GNM).
الخبرة (للبكالوريوس): خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
الخبرة (للدبلوم): خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
التراخيص: يجب اجتياز اختبار برومترك (Prometric) أو تقديم ما يثبت البدء في إجراءات الترخيص.
المهارات: معرفة سريرية قوية، مهارات تواصل ممتازة، ومهارات فائقة في خدمة العملاء.
السمات: توجه مهني نشط وإيجابي في التعامل مع الرعاية الصحية.
