Available Positions
Telecom Engineer
Responsibilities
Perform commissioning and integration for Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless equipment.
Execute commissioning and integration for Microwave (MW) Links from major vendors.
Oversee DC Power System (Rectifier) installation, alarm patching, and comprehensive testing.
Coordinate effectively with customers and Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct VSWR Sweep tests and perform advanced alarm troubleshooting on-site.
Manage the full Acceptance (PAT) process, including site quality checks, document verification, and folder preparation.
Lead Microwave Transmission Surveys (LOS) and prepare technical site documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQ.
Manage implementation teams and maintain strong technical relationships with customer engineers.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
Certification: Must possess a valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) Card.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the telecom field.
Nationality: Indian or Pakistani Nationality Only.
Residency: Must hold a Local Kuwait Transferable Residency (Article 18).
Availability: Immediate joiners only.

مهندس اتصالات (Telecom Engineer)
المسؤوليات
القيام بأعمال التشغيل والتكامل (Commissioning & Integration) لمعدات هواوي، إريكسون، ونوكيا لشبكات 2G, 3G, 4G, و5G.
تنفيذ أعمال التشغيل والتكامل لوصلات الميكروويف (MW Link) لمختلف الموردين.
الإشراف على تركيب أنظمة طاقة التيار المستمر (Rectifier)، ومعالجة الإنذارات واختبارها.
التنسيق الفعال مع العملاء ومديري المشاريع لضمان تسليم المشاريع بسلاسة.
إجراء اختبارات VSWR Sweep وتنفيذ عمليات استكشاف أخطاء الإنذارات المتقدمة وإصلاحها ميدانياً.
إدارة عملية الاستلام (PAT) بالكامل، بما في ذلك فحص جودة الموقع، وتدقيق المستندات، وتجهيز الملفات الفنية.
