We are currently looking for staff specialized in grape leaves rolling to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rolling grape leaves quickly and neatly with consistent quality

• Preparing fillings according to company standards

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

• Ensuring food safety and proper handling procedures

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in rolling grape leaves (Dolma) with high speed and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in size and presentation

• Teamwork skills and positive attitude

• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering service, or food production kitchen is preferred
