Available Positions

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities within large-scale facilities to ensure operational continuity.
Perform complex troubleshooting on electrical systems and implement effective, long-term technical solutions.
Design and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize system downtime and maximize efficiency.
Monitor electrical performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure full compliance with safety codes and standards.
Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for management review.
Coordinate with on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality execution of electrical works.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance, with a strong preference for Facilities Management backgrounds.
Certification: Must hold a valid KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) Membership.
Skills: Expert knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies.
Communication: Strong reporting and communication skills in a professional environment.
Availability: Must be currently residing in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.

مهندس صيانة كهربائية (Electrical Maintenance Engineer)

المسؤوليات

قيادة والإشراف على كافة أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية داخل المرافق واسعة النطاق لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
إجراء عمليات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها المعقدة في الأنظمة الكهربائية وتنفيذ حلول فنية فعالة وطويلة الأمد.
تصميم وإدارة برامج صيانة وقائية شاملة لتقليل فترات توقف الأنظمة وتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة.
مراقبة الأداء الكهربائي وإجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية لضمان الامتثال الكامل لأكواد ومعايير السلامة.
إعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة وسجلات صيانة لمراجعتها من قبل الإدارة.
التنسيق مع الفرق في الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية بجودة عالية.

المتطلبات

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في الصيانة الكهربائية، مع تفضيل قوي لمن لديهم خبرة في إدارة المرافق (Facilities Management).
الاعتماد: يجب الحصول على عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE).
المهارات: معرفة خبيرة بالأنظمة الكهربائية، وتشخيص الأعطال، واستراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية.
التواصل: مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتواصل في بيئة عمل مهنية.
التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت وجاهزاً للانضمام الفوري.
