Electrical Engineer

• Undertake scheduled and breakdown electrical maintenance of property electrical equipment & components

• Ensure property electrical equipment runs smoothly and reliably

• Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction

• Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; request repair service if needed

• Conduct inspections and assess potential problems

• Supervise electrical technicians, including hiring and training new team members

• Contribute to strategic plans and reviews to achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate

• Location: Kuwait

HVAC Technician – Air Cooled Chiller

Responsibilities:

1. Report to assigned supervisor for receiving work orders and carry out pending HVAC maintenance daily

2. Attend to all HVAC maintenance requests of tenants as instructed by the coordinator

3. Periodically inspect the property's main chiller system and identify possible defects, failures, or maintenance issues

4. Install, repair, and maintain in-house cooling and heating systems

5. Assist and supervise outside contractors/vendors to ensure maintenance tasks meet company protocols and standards

6. Troubleshoot all HVAC system problems and propose relevant solutions

7. Be a team player and assist other members of the team as advised by the coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate field in Kuwait

• Immediate joining – Local hiring only (In Kuwait)

• Transferable residence

مهندس كهرباء

• القيام بصيانة كهربائية مجدولة وعند الأعطال لمعدات ومكونات المنشأة الكهربائية

• التأكد من تشغيل المعدات الكهربائية بسلاسة وموثوقية

• القيام بإصلاحات عاجلة عند حدوث أعطال في الأنظمة والمعدات

• الحفاظ على تشغيل المعدات باتباع تعليمات المصنع والإجراءات المعتمدة، وطلب خدمات الإصلاح عند الحاجة

• إجراء الفحوصات وتقييم المشاكل المحتملة

• الإشراف على الفنيين الكهربائيين، بما في ذلك توظيف وتدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد

• تحقيق أهداف التشغيل في الصيانة الكهربائية من خلال تقديم المعلومات والتوصيات للخطط والمراجعات الاستراتيجية

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية

• خبرة 8-10 سنوات في العقارات

• الموقع: الكويت

فني HVAC - مبردات هواء

1- التقيد بتعليمات المشرف واستلام أوامر العمل اليومية وإجراء الصيانة المطلوبة

2- تلبية جميع طلبات صيانة HVAC للمستأجرين وفق تعليمات المنسق

3- التفتيش الدوري على نظام المبرد الرئيسي وتحديد العيوب أو الأعطال أو مشاكل الصيانة المحتملة

4- تركيب وإصلاح وصيانة أنظمة التبريد والتدفئة في المنشأة

5- مساعدة والإشراف على المقاولين/البائعين الخارجيين لضمان تنفيذ مهام الصيانة وفق بروتوكولات ومعايير الشركة

6- تشخيص مشاكل جميع أنظمة HVAC واقتراح الحلول المناسبة

7- العمل بروح الفريق ومساعدة أعضاء الفريق الآخرين حسب الحاجة وتعليمات المنسق

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال العقارات بالكويت

• إمكانية الانضمام فوراً - التوظيف محلي داخل الكويت فقط

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل
