Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Industry Focus: Preferred experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based industries.
Functional Scope: Strong exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, and HR & Payroll modules.
Legal Knowledge: Understanding of local labor law compliance for HR & Payroll modules.
Skills: Expert-level analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
Functional Leadership: Serving as the primary point of contact and owner for D365 F&O, bridging users, management, and IT teams.
System Support: Providing specialized functional support across Finance, Supply Chain, and Production modules.
Process Optimization: Analyzing business workflows and recommending ERP-driven improvements and functional specifications.
Data & Security: Managing ERP master data, user roles, access rights, and overall system stability.
Operations & Training: Supporting upgrades and post-go-live operations, delivering end-user training, and maintaining SOP documentation.
Reporting: Generating critical management reports and supporting auditing requirements.
