Warehouse Inventory Coordinator – Clothing Retail Company
We are a clothing retail company in Kuwait seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Coordinator with solid working experience in Odoo ERP to manage daily inventory tracking and warehouse system operations. This is an operational role for someone who already knows how to use Odoo effectively.
Responsibilities:
Independently operate and maintain Odoo Inventory & Barcode modules
Manage inventory by size, color, and style
Set up and maintain stock locations in Odoo
Record receiving, internal transfers, picking, and dispatch
Monitor stock accuracy and support cycle counts
Track returns, exchanges, and damaged stock in Odoo
Generate inventory and stock movement reports
Support warehouse staff with day-to-day Odoo usage
Requirements:
Visa 18 (Ahli) – mandatory
Available to join immediately
2–4 years experience in warehouse or inventory control
Strong hands-on experience using Odoo ERP (Inventory module)
Retail or clothing/fashion experience preferred
Fluent in English
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail-oriented and system-focused

نحن شركة بيع ملابس بالتجزئة في الكويت ونبحث عن منسق مستودع ومخزون عملي ذو خبرة قوية في نظام Odoo ERP لإدارة تتبع المخزون اليومي وتشغيل نظام المستودع. هذه وظيفة تشغيلية لشخص يعرف استخدام Odoo بفاعلية.
المسؤوليات:
تشغيل وصيانة وحدات Odoo Inventory وBarcode بشكل مستقل
إدارة المخزون حسب الحجم واللون والنمط
إعداد وصيانة مواقع المخزون في Odoo
تسجيل الاستلام والتحويلات الداخلية والاختيار والشحن
مراقبة دقة المخزون ودعم عمليات الجرد الدوري
تتبع الإرجاعات والمبادلات والمخزون التالف في Odoo
إعداد تقارير المخزون وحركة المخزون
دعم موظفي المستودع في استخدام Odoo اليومي
المتطلبات:
إقامة قابلة للتحويل وفق المادة 18 (Ahli) – إلزامية
إمكانية الانضمام فوراً
خبرة 2–4 سنوات في المستودعات أو التحكم بالمخزون
خبرة عملية قوية في استخدام Odoo ERP (وحدة المخزون)
يفضل خبرة في البيع بالتجزئة أو الملابس/الأزياء
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel وWord
دقة وتركيز على النظام والإجراءات
