Assistant Booth Quality Assurance & Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Booth Quality Assurance Manager in quality checks and booth inspections
Check booth manufacturing work, including colors, finishing, and overall quality
Prepare booths according to customer requests and event requirements
Support booth-related operational work, including setup and dismantling
Assist with lighting installation, wiring, and technical tasks
Help resolve booth issues related to KNET machines, software, and electrical systems
Coordinate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
Experience in booth operations, event setup, or quality assurance preferred
Basic knowledge of lighting, wiring, and technical booth setups
Ability to work on-site and handle operational tasks
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work during events and extended hours if required
مطلوب مساعد مسؤول ضمان جودة وتشغيل الأكشاك (Assistant Booth Quality Assurance & Operations Executive)
المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
مساعدة مدير ضمان جودة الأكشاك في الفحوصات والتفتيش
فحص أعمال تصنيع الأكشاك بما في ذلك الألوان والتشطيب والجودة العامة
إعداد الأكشاك وفق طلبات العملاء ومتطلبات الفعاليات
دعم الأعمال التشغيلية المتعلقة بالأكشاك بما في ذلك التركيب والفك
المساعدة في تركيب الإضاءة والأسلاك والمهام التقنية
حل مشكلات الأكشاك المتعلقة بأجهزة KNET، البرمجيات، والأنظمة الكهربائية
التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والتصنيع لضمان إتمام العمل في الوقت المحدد
المتطلبات:
خبرة في تشغيل الأكشاك أو إعداد الفعاليات أو ضمان الجودة يفضل وجودها
معرفة أساسية بالإضاءة والأسلاك وإعداد الأكشاك التقنية
القدرة على العمل في الموقع والتعامل مع المهام التشغيلية
مهارات تنسيق وحل المشكلات
المرونة للعمل أثناء الفعاليات وساعات العمل الممتدة عند الحاجة
