Requirements
General: All roles are for local recruitment only (must be currently in Kuwait).
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor: Proven leadership in F&B warehousing, strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, and inventory management systems.
Warehouse Picker: Experience in picking, packing, and stock handling within a fast-paced environment.
Driver: * Preferred Heavy & Light Kuwaiti driving licenses.
Knowledge of Kuwait’s roads and traffic regulations.
Prepared for 12-hour shifts.
Nationality: As specified per position (Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino).
Responsibilities
Management & Supervision: Overseeing staff, ensuring accurate dispatch, monitoring inventory accuracy, and implementing safety/hygiene standards.
Picking & Operations: Accurate order fulfillment, stock organization, and supporting daily warehouse workflow.
Driving: Safe transport of goods, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.

المتطلبات
عام: التوظيف محلي فقط (لا يوجد استقدام من الخارج).
الإدارة والإشراف: خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مستودعات الأغذية، وإتقان نظام FIFO/FEFO.
السائقون: * يفضل من لديه رخصة قيادة كويتية (عامة وخفيفة).
معرفة تامة بشوارع الكويت وقواعد المرور.
الجاهزية للعمل بنظام النوبات (12 ساعة).
الجنسية: حسب المحدد لكل وظيفة (هندي، باكستاني، أو فلبيني).
المسؤوليات
الإدارة والإشراف: الإشراف على الموظفين، ضمان دقة الشحن، مراقبة المخزون، وتطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة.
العمليات والمستودع: تحضير الطلبات بدقة، تنظيم المخزون، ودعم سير العمل اليومي في المستودع.
القيادة: نقل البضائع بأمان، الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم، والمحافظة على سلامة ونظافة المركبة.
