Process Planning: Developing detailed execution plans covering material receiving, storage, fabrication, welding, inspection, and delivery.
Logistics Management: Coordinating both local and international logistics to ensure timely arrival and efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a bridge between engineering, logistics, QC, and external vendors to meet client expectations.
