Financial Analyst – FMCG, Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial reports and performance analysis
Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability
Prepare management dashboards and KPIs
Assist in financial modeling and business planning
Support decision-making with financial insights
Work closely with accounting and operations teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst (or similar role)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics is a plus)
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in Kuwait market preferred

إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية وتحليل الأداء
إجراء تحليل الفروق بين الميزانية والمصروفات الفعلية
دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات المالية
تحليل الإيرادات والتكاليف والربحية
إعداد لوحات متابعة وإحصاءات الأداء KPI
المساعدة في النمذجة المالية وتخطيط الأعمال
دعم اتخاذ القرار من خلال التحليلات المالية
التعاون مع فرق المحاسبة والعمليات
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، أو الاقتصاد
خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات كمحلل مالي أو دور مشابه
إجادة استخدام Excel (Pivot Tables، صيغ، تحليل)
خبرة في أنظمة ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics ميزة إضافية)
معرفة بإعداد الميزانيات، التوقعات، وإعداد التقارير
مهارات تحليلية واتصالية قوية
يفضل خبرة في السوق الكويتي أكثر من 6 سنوات
