Operations Manager - Intervention Services Drilling Tools (ISDT)
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of all operational activities determining resource requirements (demand); crew utilisation, asset utilisation and inventory management to positively affect EBITDA
- Ensure that the Product Line maintains its strategic focus on the provision of a quality service to customers
- Ensures the organisation is optimally suited to deliver the best job execution with outstanding Service Quality and to systematically evaluate results obtained to further improve products and services. Regularly assess the resources and support required to perform a safe and high-quality job and ensure strict adherence to Service Quality and Safety Standards
- Fosters and leads continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the internal process within the organisation meet the needs of the business
Production Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 5yrs of experience in production engineering and artificial lift optimization.
- Experience with ForeSite platform or similar production optimization tools.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, real-time monitoring, and exception-based surveillance.
- Strong communication, documentation, and technical mentoring capabilities.
Master Scheduler - Repair & Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on DRP demand.
- Balance forecasted demand with capacity, including labor, equipment, and material availability.
- Document planning assumptions, capacity constraints, and loading logic.
- Conduct scenario planning for workforce, shift optimization, equipment allocation, and supplier capability.
- Collaborate with demand planners, material planners, and workshop managers for alignment.
- Monitor fill rates, capacity utilization, and material readiness to ensure execution feasibility.
- Provide schedule inputs into S&OP and DRP planning cycles.

المسؤوليات:
- قيادة تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة التشغيلية التي تحدد متطلبات الموارد (الطلب)؛ واستخدام الطاقم، واستخدام الأصول، وإدارة المخزون لتحقيق تأثير إيجابي على الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك
- ضمان الحفاظ على تركيز خط الإنتاج الاستراتيجي على تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة للعملاء

- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في هندسة البترول.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة الإنتاج وتحسين الرفع الاصطناعي.
- خبرة في استخدام منصة ForeSite أو أدوات تحسين الإنتاج المماثلة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة SCADA، والمراقبة في الوقت الحقيقي، والمراقبة القائمة على الاستثناءات.
- قدرات قوية في التواصل والتوثيق والتوجيه الفني.
مخطط رئيسي - الإصلاح والصيانة
المسؤوليات:
- تطوير وصيانة جدول الإنتاج الرئيسي (MPS) لمدة 30/60/90 يومًا بناءً على طلب DRP.
- موازنة الطلب المتوقع مع القدرة الإنتاجية، بما في ذلك العمالة والمعدات وتوافر المواد.
- توثيق افتراضات التخطيط، وقيود السعة، ومنطق التحميل.
- إجراء تخطيط السيناريوهات المتعلقة بالقوى العاملة، وتحسين الورديات، وتخصيص المعدات، وقدرات الموردين.
- التعاون مع مخططي الطلب ومخططي المواد ومديري ورش العمل لتحقيق التوافق.
