Responsibilities

• Contact Center Agent: Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism; address inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain accurate records to ensure peak satisfaction.

• Project Manager: Oversee all retail projects and maintenance for Al Rifai stores; coordinate with mall management for approvals, work permits, and technical compliance.

• Quality & Efficiency: Ensure all store projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and strictly within budget.

• Experience Delivery: Act as a key ambassador for the brand, ensuring excellence across every customer touchpoint and physical store location.

Requirements

• Contact Center: Dedicated, customer-focused individual with a commitment to delivering high-level service in the Kuwait market.

• Project Management: Proven experience in retail project management and maintenance; expert coordination skills with mall management and contractors.

• Planning: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on timelines and budget adherence.

• موظف مركز الاتصال: إدارة التفاعلات الصادرة والواردة مع العملاء باحترافية، ومعالجة الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات لضمان أعلى مستويات الرضا.

• مدير المشاريع: الإشراف على كافة أنشطة المشاريع والصيانة لمتاجر الرفاعي؛ والتنسيق مع إدارات المجمعات التجارية (Malls) للحصول على الموافقات وتصاريح العمل.

• الجودة والكفاءة: ضمان تسليم جميع مشاريع المتاجر في الوقت المحدد، وضمن النطاق المقرر، والالتزام التام بالميزانية المرصودة.
