Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience specifically as a Service Advisor or Parts Coordinator inside Kuwait.
Technical Knowledge: Good grasp of automotive parts, inventory management systems, and service department processes.
Linguistic Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic are required.
Visa Status: Must hold a valid Article 18 transferable visa.
Residency: Civil ID must be valid for at least 3 months.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. (Candidates with a 2–3 month notice period are requested not to apply).
Location: Strictly available for candidates currently residing inside Kuwait.

Responsibilities

Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional guidance on service requirements and parts.
Operational Coordination: Efficiently coordinate between customers, the workshop floor, and the parts procurement team to ensure timely service delivery.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor parts availability and manage service documentation to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Service Advisory: Explain technical repairs and maintenance needs to clients clearly, ensuring transparency and trust.
Workflow Management: Manage service appointments and follow up on vehicle status to maintain a seamless customer journey.

متطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات وتحديداً كـ مستشار خدمة أو منسق قطع غيار داخل دولة الكويت.
المعرفة الفنية: إدراك جيد لقطع غيار السيارات، أنظمة إدارة المخزون، وعمليات أقسام الخدمة.
المهارات اللغوية: مهارات تواصل قوية باللغات الإنجليزية، والهندية، والعربية.
حالة الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
البطاقة المدنية: يجب أن تكون البطاقة المدنية سارية المفعول لمدة 3 أشهر على الأقل.
الجهوزية: الأولوية للمرشحين الجاهزين لـ الالتحاق الفوري (نعتذر من أصحاب فترة الإنذار التي تتراوح بين 2-3 أشهر).
الموقع: التقديم متاح للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

الإشراف على المخزون: مراقبة توفر قطع الغيار وإدارة وثائق الخدمة لضمان تتبع دقيق للمخزون.
الاستشارة الفنية: شرح عمليات الإصلاح الفني واحتياجات الصيانة للعملاء بوضوح لضمان الشفافية والثقة.
إدارة سير العمل: إدارة مواعيد الخدمة ومتابعة حالة المركبات لضمان رحلة عميل سلسة ومتميزة.
