Requirements

• Nationality: Arabian nationality is required.

• Experience: Proven proficiency in the Recruitment and Hiring lifecycle; previous experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred.

• Linguistic Skills: Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.

• Location: Strictly available for candidates currently residing inside Kuwait with a transferable residency status.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier talent through various professional channels and recruitment platforms.

• Operational Coordination: Efficiently coordinate between department heads and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct professional interviews and evaluations to ensure cultural and technical alignment with organizational goals.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics within our professional HR framework.

• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices remain in strict adherence to company policies and Kuwaiti labor regulations.

• التنسيق التشغيلي: التنسيق الفعال بين رؤساء الأقسام والمرشحين لضمان سلاسة إجراءات التعيين.

• تقييم المرشحين: إجراء مقابلات وتقييمات مهنية لضمان التوافق الثقافي والفني مع أهداف المؤسسة.

• إدارة قواعد البيانات: حفظ وتحديث سجلات المرشحين ومؤشرات أداء التوظيف ضمن إطار عملنا المهني.
