الإشراف الميداني: الإشراف على العمالة، وإدارة سلامة الموقع، وضمان مطابقة الأعمال للمعايير المعمارية والمدنية.
إدارة الموارد: إجراء حساب الكميات واختبار المواد لضمان الامتثال للميزانية ومعايير الجودة.
