• تخفيف المخاطر: تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية فورية لمنع الحوادث في الموقع.

• الامتثال الرقابي: ضمان بقاء كافة عمليات المشروع في امتثال صارم لقوانين العمل الكويتية ومعايير السلامة الدولية.

• التدريب على السلامة: قيادة اجتماعات السلامة اليومية (Toolbox talks) وبرامج التعريف بالسلامة لكافة العاملين والمقاولين من الباطن.

• التوثيق: إعداد وحفظ تقارير سلامة مفصلة، وسجلات الحوادث، ووثائق الامتثال لمراجعة الإدارة.

• الاستجابة للطوارئ: تنسيق والإشراف على إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ وتدريبات السلامة لضمان جاهزية المشروع.
