Requirements

• Experience: Proven leadership experience in a steel fabrication workshop or industrial setting.

• Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly.

• Compliance: Ability to strictly interpret and implement approved fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

• Location: Strictly for candidates currently residing inside Kuwait with a transferable visa.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional manpower allocation, coordination, and team management abilities.

• Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision: Lead and supervise all workshop fabrication activities to ensure high productivity and operational efficiency.

• Technical Quality: Ensure all work strictly adheres to approved assembly drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Production Planning: Monitor daily production targets and effectively allocate manpower to meet demanding delivery schedules.

• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with project and stores teams to ensure seamless material flow and project continuity.↚

مسئوليات

• الإشراف التشغيلي: قيادة والإشراف على كافة أنشطة التصنيع داخل الورشة لضمان إنتاجية عالية وكفاءة تشغيلية.

• الجودة الفنية: ضمان مطابقة كافة الأعمال المنجزة لمخططات التجميع المعتمدة، ومواصفات المشروع، ومعايير الجودة.

• تخطيط الإنتاج: مراقبة أهداف الإنتاج اليومية وتوزيع العمالة بشكل فعال للالتزام بجداول التسليم.

• التنسيق اللوجستي: التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المشاريع والمستودعات لضمان تدفق المواد واستمرارية العمل.

• السلامة والانضباط: فرض لوائح السلامة الصارمة، وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الوقاية، والحفاظ على مستويات الأداء والتدريب.
