Requirements

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven accounting experience is mandatory (Experience in the exchange or financial services sector is required).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional accounting software.

• Residency: This opportunity is strictly for candidates currently residing inside Kuwait only.

• Visa Status: Must possess a valid and transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).

• Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting activities and oversee complex financial transactions and remittance flows.

• Reconciliation: Conduct precise reconciliations for cash, bank accounts, and international remittance transactions.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial reports and monitor strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Audit Coordination: Assist in both internal and external financial audits and coordinate with treasury and banking teams.↚

• Ledger Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable while supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• حالة الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18 أو 22).

• الكفاءات: معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية واهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل.

مسئوليات

• العمليات المالية: إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية والإشراف على المعاملات المالية المعقدة وتدفقات التحويلات.

• المطابقات المالية: إجراء مطابقات دقيقة للنقد، وحسابات البنوك، ومعاملات التحويلات الدولية.

• التقارير والامتثال: إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة ومراقبة الالتزام الصارم بسياسات الشركة والمعايير الرقابية.

• تنسيق التدقيق: المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق المالي الداخلية والخارجية والتنسيق مع فرق الخزينة والخدمات المصرفية.

• إدارة الحسابات: التعامل مع حسابات الدفع والقبض ودعم عمليات إغلاق نهاية الشهر والسنة المالية.
