Requirements

• Nationality: Indian.

• Linguistic Skills: Must be able to speak and understand Arabic (Mandatory).

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in procurement; experience in the Interior Design field is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in Project Estimation and the ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on design drawings.

• Market Knowledge: Good understanding of local procurement practices and a network of local suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and evaluate local suppliers and specialized subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Quotations: Request, analyze, and compare multiple quotations to optimize project budgets.

• Coordination: Act as a liaison between the design and execution teams to ensure material alignment.

• Logistics: Follow up on orders, deliveries, and formal material approvals to maintain project timelines.

• Financial Tracking: Maintain comprehensive procurement records and conduct rigorous cost tracking.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with teams and suppliers.

• المهارات الفنية: خبرة في تقدير تكاليف المشاريع والقدرة على إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) بناءً على المخططات الهندسية.

• المعرفة بالسوق: معرفة جيدة بممارسات التوريد المحلية وشبكة من الموردين في الكويت.

مسئوليات

• التوريد: البحث عن وتقييم الموردين المحليين ومقاولي الباطن لضمان الجودة وكفاءة التكلفة.

• عروض الأسعار: طلب وتحليل ومقارنة عروض الأسعار لتحسين ميزانيات المشاريع.

• التنسيق: العمل كحلقة وصل بين فريقي التصميم والتنفيذ لضمان توافق المواد المختارة.

• العمليات اللوجستية: متابعة الطلبات، والتوريدات، واعتمادات المواد الرسمية للحفاظ على الجدول الزمني للمشروع.

• المتابعة المالية: الحفاظ على سجلات مشتريات شاملة وإجراء تتبع دقيق للتكاليف.

مهارات

• التفاوض: قدرة قوية على تأمين أفضل الشروط والأسعار من الموردين.

• التواصل: مهارات تواصل ممتازة لإدارة العلاقات مع الفرق الفنية والموردين.
