Requirements

• Licensing: Must possess a valid nursing license issued by the Ministry of Health in Kuwait.

• Residency: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait and eligible for a residency transfer (Release).

• Skills: Strong clinical competencies, patient monitoring skills, and a high level of empathy.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with patients and the medical multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• الترخيص: يجب امتلاك ترخيص مزاولة مهنة التمريض سارٍ وصادر من وزارة الصحة في الكويت.

• المهارات: كفاءات سريرية قوية، ومهارات مراقبة المرضى، ومستوى عالٍ من الإنسانية والتعاطف.

مسئوليات

• المراقبة السريرية: مراقبة المؤشرات الحيوية للمرضى وتطور حالتهم، مع ضمان التوثيق الدقيق للسجلات الطبية.

• التنسيق الطبي: مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الفحوصات والعلاجات والتنسيق مع الطاقم الإداري لضمان سلاسة العمل.

• التثقيف الصحي: تقديم التوجيه والدعم للمرضى وعائلاتهم بشأن خطط العلاج والرعاية اللاحقة.

• السلامة التشغيلية: الحفاظ على بيئة سريرية نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة وفقاً للوائح الصحية المعمول بها.
