Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience specifically in a stainless steel fabrication workshop.

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of welding and fabrication processes (TIG, MIG, ARC).

• Project History: Prior experience with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects is a significant advantage.

• Skills: Strong expertise in workshop planning, production control, and technical drawing review.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with a focus on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily stainless steel workshop operations, fabrication activities, and production schedules.

• Technical Supervision: Direct and supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians to ensure high-quality output.

• Quality & Standards: Ensure all fabrication work strictly meets project specifications and rigorous KOC standards.

• Coordination: Review complex technical drawings and collaborate closely with project and site teams for seamless execution.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain stringent quality control and ensure 100% compliance with industrial safety regulations.↚

• Efficiency: Plan workshop activities and monitor overall productivity to ensure timely project completion.

• تاريخ المشاريع: تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) ميزة إضافية كبيرة.

• المهارات: خبرة قوية في تخطيط الورش، ومراقبة الإنتاج، ومراجعة المخططات الفنية.

• المهارات الشخصية: قدرات قيادية وتواصل استثنائية مع التركيز على الإنتاجية.

مسئوليات

• الإدارة التشغيلية: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للورشة، وأنشطة التصنيع، وجداول الإنتاج.

• الإشراف الفني: توجيه والإشراف على اللحامين، والفنيين، وعمال التصنيع لضمان جودة المخرجات.

• الجودة والمعايير: ضمان مطابقة كافة أعمال التصنيع لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) الصارمة.

• التنسيق الفني: مراجعة المخططات الفنية المعقدة والتنسيق الوثيق مع فرق المشاريع والمواقع لضمان سلاسة التنفيذ.

• السلامة والامتثال: الحفاظ على رقابة صارمة على الجودة وضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح السلامة الصناعية.

• الكفاءة: تخطيط أنشطة الورشة ومراقبة الإنتاجية الإجمالية لضمان إتمام المشاريع في مواعيدها المحددة.
