Requirements

• Education: BSc Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

• Experience: Proven accounting experience specifically within the E-commerce and Retail sectors.

• Linguistic Skills: Fully fluent in spoken and written English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho) and E-commerce platforms like Shopify.

• Residency: Must hold a valid Article 18 transferable residence.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait.

• Availability: Proven ability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transactions: Expertly handle e-commerce transactions and reconcile online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Shopify).

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to drive business insights.

• Inventory Management: Monitor retail and online inventory transactions, costs, and POS software integration.

• Operational Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and complex bank reconciliations.

• Strategic Support: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Practical knowledge of inventory management systems and retail POS software.

• Familiarity with international tax regulations and global shipping financial procedures.↚

• التقارير المالية: إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة (شهرية، ربع سنوية، وسنوية) لدعم رؤى العمل.

• إدارة المخزون: مراقبة معاملات المخزون للتجزئة والبيع عبر الإنترنت، والتكاليف، وتكامل أنظمة POS.

• المحاسبة التشغيلية: إدارة مهام مسك الدفاتر اليومية، والفواتير، والمطابقات البنكية المعقدة.

• الدعم الاستراتيجي: المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات، والتوقعات المالية، وضمان الامتثال الضريبي والرقابي الكامل.

مهارات مفضلة

• معرفة عملية بأنظمة إدارة المخزون وبرمجيات نقاط البيع (POS) بالتجزئة.

• إلمام باللوائح الضريبية الدولية والإجراءات المالية للشحن العالمي.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية مع مستوى عالٍ من الدقة في التوثيق المالي.
