Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related medical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Kuwaiti healthcare market and its key stakeholders.

• Linguistic Skills: Full fluency in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).

• Technical Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Logistics: Must possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Medical Liaison: Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and medical specialists.

• الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين كمندوب دعاية طبية في قطاع الأدوية.

• المعرفة بالسوق: فهم شامل لسوق الرعاية الصحية الكويتي وأبرز الفاعلين فيه.

• المهارات اللغوية: إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).

• المهارات الفنية: مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية وقدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات المهنية.

• المتطلبات اللوجستية: يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

مسئوليات

• التواصل الطبي: بناء وتطوير علاقات مهنية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والأطباء الاختصاصيين.

• الاستراتيجية التسويقية: تنفيذ خطط البيع الاستراتيجية لترويج المنتجات الدوائية وتحقيق الأهداف الإقليمية.

• العروض الفنية: تقديم عروض توضيحية رفيعة المستوى وشروحات فنية للمنتجات للمتخصصين الطبيين.

• ذكاء السوق: مراقبة توجهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين وتقديم تقارير مفصلة لفريق الإدارة.

• الامتثال الرقابي: ضمان التزام كافة الأنشطة الترويجية باللوائح الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية في الكويت.
