Government Relation officer
Responsibilities:
- Process and renew employee visas, work permits, and residencies.
- Liaise with Kuwaiti government departments (Immigration, Labor, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) to process and renew company and employee documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and licenses.
Interior Designer
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Private and Commercial Office Interior Projects
- Experience handling Government Projects is mandatory
- Bilingual (Arabic & English preferred)
- Valid Driving License required
- Immediate joiners only
Senior Erection Supervisor
Requirements
- Supervise and control precast concrete erection activities at site
- Ensure erection works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate crane operations, rigging activities, and erection sequencing on site
- Lead and manage erection crews, riggers, and equipment operators
- Monitor site readiness, access, and lifting arrangements prior to erection.
- Report progress, constraints, and site issues to the Erection engineer to erection
- Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion of works
Senior Structural Engineer (PRECAST)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to precast concrete projects.
- Expertise in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Tekla).
- Strong knowledge of precast systems, connections, and production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Contract, Pricing, and tendering Engineers
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and bid packages for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to determine scope, cost, and risk factors.
- Develop detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.

مصمم داخلي
متطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع التصميم الداخلي للمكاتب الخاصة والتجارية
- الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع الحكومية شرط أساسي
- ثنائي اللغة (يفضل إجادة العربية والإنجليزية)
- يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول

متطلبات
- الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب الخرسانة مسبقة الصب ومراقبتها في الموقع
- ضمان تنفيذ أعمال التركيب وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة وبيانات الأساليب ومتطلبات السلامة.
- تنسيق عمليات الرافعات، وأنشطة التجهيز، وتسلسل عمليات التركيب في الموقع
- قيادة وإدارة فرق التركيب، وعمال الرفع، ومشغلي المعدات.
- مراقبة جاهزية الموقع، وإمكانية الوصول إليه، وترتيبات الرفع قبل بدء عملية التركيب.
- قم بإبلاغ مهندس التركيب بالتقدم المحرز والقيود والمشاكل التي تواجه الموقع.
- ضمان الجودة والسلامة والإنتاجية وإنجاز الأعمال في الوقت المحدد

- خبرة في برامج التصميم الإنشائي (ETABS، SAFE، STAAD، Tekla).
