Responsibilities

• Service Leadership: (Service Manager) Develop and implement comprehensive Customer Service policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Oversee the technical service department, ensuring peak operational efficiency for electronics and mobile device repairs.

• Strategic Brand Management: (Category Specialist) Define and execute brand strategies for specific product categories, optimizing market positioning and driving commercial growth within the IT sector.

• Ecommerce Synergy: (Operations Coordinator) Manage the end-to-end operational flow of our digital storefront, coordinating between logistics, inventory, and customer fulfillment to ensure a seamless online experience.

• Financial Accuracy: (Accountant) Support daily financial operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting under the supervision of the finance department.

• Sales Excellence: (Jewellery Salesman) Provide high-end, personalized service to clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge and achieving sales targets within our luxury retail segment.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in the respective field; Retail and IT product experience is highly preferred for all roles.

• Specialized Expertise: The Service Manager must possess direct previous experience within the Electronics and Mobile Phones industry.

• Location: Local hiring from within the State of Kuwait only.

• Residency: Must hold a valid and transferable residency permit (Article 18).

• Availability: Candidates must be able to join immediately.

• قيادة خدمة العملاء: (مدير الخدمة) تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات خدمة العملاء وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs). الإشراف على قسم الصيانة لضمان أعلى مستويات الكفاءة في إصلاح الإلكترونيات والهواتف.

• الإدارة الاستراتيجية: (أخصائي الفئات) وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات العلامة التجارية لفئات منتجات محددة، وتحسين تموضعها في السوق لتعزيز النمو في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

• كفاءة التجارة الإلكترونية: (منسق العمليات) إدارة التدفق التشغيلي للمتجر الإلكتروني، والتنسيق بين اللوجستيات والمخزون لضمان تجربة تسوق رقمية سلسة.

• الدقة المالية: (المحاسب) دعم العمليات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك التسويات والتقارير المالية تحت إشراف الإدارة المالية.

• الإقامة: ضرورة وجود إقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

• الجاهزية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
