Strategic Financial Leadership: Senior Accountant Opportunity at Future Kid

Join Future Kid, Kuwait’s premier destination for family entertainment and leisure. We are seeking a highly disciplined and analytical Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our fiscal records, driving financial reporting excellence, and supporting the strategic growth of our diverse entertainment portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Fiscal Integrity: Lead comprehensive month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, maintaining meticulous accounting records and documentation.

• Treasury Management: Perform rigorous bank and cash reconciliations to ensure precise liquidity tracking and financial control.

• Strategic Support: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, conducting detailed variance analysis to guide executive decision-making.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial activities align with established accounting principles and regulatory reporting standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and advanced Microsoft Office applications.

• ERP Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly preferred.

• Location: Local hiring from within the State of Kuwait only.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to manage complex financial tasks independently.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف التشغيلي: إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وضمان كفاءة ودقة حسابات الدفع (AP) وحسابات القبض (AR).

• النزاهة المالية: قيادة عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والربعي والسنوي، والحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق محاسبية دقيقة ومنظمة.

• إدارة الخزينة: إجراء مطابقات بنكية ونقدية دقيقة لضمان تتبع السيولة والرقابة المالية الصارمة.

• الدعم الاستراتيجي: المساهمة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية، وإجراء تحليلات مفصلة للانحرافات لدعم اتخاذ القرار.

• القيادة والتوجيه: توجيه وتدريب صغار المحاسبين، وتعزيز ثقافة الدقة المهنية والتطوير المستمر داخل الفريق.

• الالتزام والتقارير: ضمان توافق كافة الأنشطة المالية مع المبادئ المحاسبية المقبولة ومعايير التقارير الرقابية.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل أو تخصص ذو صلة.

• الخبرة: خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات في دور محاسبي قيادي أو إدارة مالية.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بالمبادئ المحاسبية، والتقارير المالية، وتطبيقات Microsoft Office المتقدمة.

• أنظمة ERP: يفضل وجود خبرة في التعامل مع نظام Microsoft Dynamics GP أو أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات المماثلة.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين المتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

• السمات المهنية: قدرات قيادية متميزة والقدرة على إدارة المهام المالية المعقدة بشكل مستقل وبدقة عالية.
