• ضمان مطابقة الأعمال الإنشائية للمواصفات التصميمية ومعايير الجودة.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين وفرق التصميم.

• مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
