Technical Leadership Opportunity: Interim Electrical Supervisor for KNPC Maintenance
Join a high-stakes maintenance project for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Electrical Supervisor to join our team in a strategic Reliever capacity for a two-month duration. This role requires a disciplined leader capable of maintaining the rigorous safety and operational standards of Kuwait’s core energy infrastructure.

Electrical Supervisor (Interim Reliever - 2 Months)
Responsibilities
Operational Command: Direct and oversee all electrical maintenance activities on-site, ensuring full alignment with KNPC’s technical specifications and safety protocols.
Team Supervision: Lead field crews in the execution of corrective and preventive electrical maintenance, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Safety Stewardship: Enforce strict industrial HSE standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work procedures, to maintain a zero-incident environment.
Technical Diagnostics: Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and peak equipment performance.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and provide regular status updates to project management.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience specifically within the State of Kuwait.
Sector Expertise: Prior experience in KNPC projects or large-scale oil and gas maintenance is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and hazardous area safety standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage technical teams and coordinate effectively within a high-pressure environment.
Location: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with all relevant credentials ready.
Duration: This is a short-term assignment starting from the first week of April for a period of 2 months.

المسؤوليات
القيادة التشغيلية: الإشراف المباشر على كافة أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية في الموقع، وضمان توافقها التام مع المواصفات الفنية لشركة البترول الوطنية وبروتوكولات السلامة.
الإشراف على الفريق: قيادة الفرق الميدانية في تنفيذ مهام الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية، وضمان جودة التنفيذ والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
إدارة السلامة: تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الصارمة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة تماماً وخالية من الحوادث.
التشخيص الفني: الإشراف على استكشاف وإصلاح أعطال الأنظمة الكهربائية المعقدة، لضمان استمرارية العمل بأعلى كفاءة.
التنسيق وإعداد التقارير: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة وتقديم تقارير دورية حول تقدم سير العمل للإدارة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات حصرياً داخل دولة الكويت.
الخبرة القطاعية: يفضل بشدة من لديهم خبرة سابقة في مشاريع KNPC أو قطاع النفط والغاز.
الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية الصناعية، وتوزيع الطاقة، ومعايير السلامة في المناطق الخطرة.
المهارات القيادية: قدرة قوية على إدارة الفرق الفنية والتنسيق بفعالية في بيئة عمل عالية الضغط.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت مع جاهزية كافة المستندات الثبوتية والمهنية.
المدة: المهمة تبدأ من الأسبوع الأول من شهر أبريل ولمدة شهرين.
