Smart Systems Innovation: Lead High-Tech AV & ELV Projects in Kuwait

We are looking for a precision-oriented Project Engineer to oversee Audiovisual and Extra-Low Voltage systems, ensuring every installation meets world-class standards of quality and performance.

Available Positions

• Project Engineer – AV & Low Voltage Systems

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead AV and ELV projects (including CCTV, Access Control, and Home Automation) from initial design to final handover.

• Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary link between clients, consultants, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless communication.

• Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications for accuracy.

• Site Supervision: Manage on-site installation teams and contractors, upholding strict safety and quality benchmarks.

• Testing & Commissioning: Oversee system testing, final operations, and the successful delivery of project documentation to the client.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of specialized experience in AV and ELV systems.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management, technical troubleshooting, and interpreting complex engineering drawings.

• Capability: Demonstrated ability to handle multifaceted projects with attention to detail.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة المشاريع: قيادة مشاريع الأنظمة الصوتية والمرئية والجهد المنخفض (مثل CCTV، أنظمة التحكم بالدخول، وأتمتة المنازل) من البداية وحتى التسليم النهائي.

• التنسيق الاحترافي: الربط بين العملاء والاستشاريين والفرق الفنية الداخلية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

• المراجعة الفنية: مراجعة المخططات الهندسية وجداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية بدقة عالية.

• الإشراف الميداني: متابعة فرق التركيب والمقاولين في الموقع لضمان الالتزام الكامل بمعايير السلامة والجودة.

• التشغيل والتسليم: الإشراف على اختبارات النظام والتشغيل النهائي وإعداد كافة المستندات الفنية لتسليمها للعميل.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات.

• الخبرة: خبرة تتراوح من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال أنظمة AV & ELV.

• المهارات: قدرات عالية في إدارة المشاريع، استكشاف الأخطاء الفنية وإصلاحها، وقراءة المخططات الهندسية ببراعة.

• الكفاءة: مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية متميزة للتعامل مع مختلف أطراف المشروع.
