Responsibilities

• Operational Command: (Supervisors) Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring technical specifications and KOC project timelines are strictly met through efficient resource allocation.

• Technical Supervision: (Foremen) Direct field crews in the execution of electrical and civil tasks, ensuring that all workmanship adheres to rigorous engineering standards and safety protocols.

• Design Precision: (Draftsman) Prepare detailed civil drawings and technical documentation specifically for KOC maintenance projects, ensuring high accuracy in all structural renderings.

• Safety Stewardship: Implement and enforce strict industrial HSE standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment on-site.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that all maintenance activities comply with contractual obligations and KOC regulations.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: * Supervisors & Foremen: Minimum of 7 years of proven professional experience in your respective field.

  • Draftsman: Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in KOC maintenance projects.

• Educational Qualifications: Relevant Diplomas in Engineering (for Supervisors) or recognized Trade Certificates (for Foremen).

• Sector Expertise: Direct experience within KOC projects or similar large-scale oil and gas infrastructure is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a dedicated professional mindset.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

• القيادة التشغيلية: (المشرفون) قيادة العمليات الميدانية اليومية، وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والجداول الزمنية لمشاريع KOC من خلال التوزيع الفعال للموارد.

• الإشراف الفني: (الفورمن) توجيه الفرق الميدانية في تنفيذ المهام الكهربائية والمدنية، وضمان مطابقة كافة الأعمال للمعايير الهندسية وبروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة.

• دقة التصميم: (الرسام) إعداد الرسومات المدنية التفصيلية والوثائق الفنية الخاصة بمشاريع صيانة KOC بوضوح ودقة عالية.

• إدارة السلامة: تطبيق وفرض معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة تماماً في الموقع.

• ضمان الجودة: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للتأكد من امتثال كافة أنشطة الصيانة للالتزامات التعاقدية ولوائح شركة نفط الكويت.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية:

  • المشرفون والفورمن: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال المعني.

  • الرسام: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع صيانة شركة نفط الكويت.

• المؤهلات العلمية: دبلوم هندسة (للمشرفين) أو شهادات مهنية معتمدة (للفورمن).

• الخبرة القطاعية: يفضل بشدة من لديهم خبرة مباشرة في مشاريع KOC أو قطاع النفط والغاز.
