We are seeking a highly disciplined and technically proficient Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and integrity of vital oilfield equipment. • Mechanic (Oil & Gas Field Operations)

Responsibilities

• Critical Equipment Maintenance: Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair protocols for essential mechanical assets, including pumps, compressors, and heavy engines used in oilfield operations.

• Diagnostic Mastery: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical failures in diesel engines and hydraulic systems, ensuring rapid restoration of equipment functionality.

• Preventive Governance: Conduct scheduled inspections and servicing of valves, seals, and bearings to ensure peak operational readiness before deployment to rig sites.

• Operational Synergy: Support rig-up and rig-down activities, ensuring all mechanical components are safely integrated and preserved according to client specifications.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain precise service logs and equipment history records to track maintenance cycles and regulatory compliance.

• Safety Stewardship: Strictly adhere to the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and HSE policies, participating in daily toolbox talks to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

• Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior technicians and helpers, ensuring high-quality workmanship across all mechanical tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related vocational field.

• Experience: A minimum of 5–8 years of proven mechanical maintenance experience specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of oilfield mechanical systems, with demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting diesel engines and hydraulic components.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and technical manuals with precision.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing technical tasks in challenging desert field conditions.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

الوظائف المتاحة

• فني ميكانيك (عمليات حقول النفط والغاز)

المسؤوليات

• صيانة المعدات الحيوية: تنفيذ بروتوكولات الصيانة الشاملة للمعدات الميكانيكية الأساسية مثل المضخات، الضواغط، والمحركات الثقيلة المستخدمة في الحقول.

• إتقان التشخيص: تحديد واستكشاف أعطال محركات الديزل والأنظمة الهيدروليكية، وضمان استعادة كفاءة المعدات بسرعة ودقة.

• الحوكمة الوقائية: إجراء فحص دوري وصيانة للصمامات، الحواشي (Seals)، والمحامل (Bearings) لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية قبل النقل إلى المواقع.

• التنسيق التشغيلي: دعم عمليات تركيب وتفكيك الأبراج (Rig-up/Rig-down)، وضمان تكامل المكونات الميكانيكية وسلامتها وفقاً لمواصفات العميل.

• التوثيق الفني: الاحتفاظ بسجلات صيانة دقيقة وتاريخ المعدات لتتبع دورات الصيانة والامتثال الرقابي.

• إدارة السلامة: الالتزام الصارم بنظام تصاريح العمل (PTW) وسياسات الصحة والسلامة، والمشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة اليومية لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.

• الإشراف الفني: توجيه ومتابعة أعمال المساعدين والفنيين المبتدئين لضمان جودة التنفيذ في كافة المهام الميكانيكية.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص مهني ذي صلة.

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في صيانة الميكانيكا حصرياً ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية النفطية، مع خبرة مثبتة في إصلاح محركات الديزل والأنظمة الهيدروليكية.

• المهارات التحليلية: القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الميكانيكية والكتيبات الفنية بدقة.

• اللياقة البدنية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم لائقاً بدنياً وقادراً على أداء المهام الفنية في الظروف الميدانية الصعبة.
