Responsibilities

• Financial Data Management: Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate digital and physical ledgers to ensure real-time financial transparency.

• Accounting Oversight: Apply adequate accounting knowledge to manage diverse fiscal tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded according to standard principles.

• Prompt Reporting: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial summaries to support the management team in operational decision-making.

• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all financial documentation is precise, organized, and compliant with internal company standards.

• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of bookkeeping workflows to enhance overall department efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Commerce Graduate degree (B.Com or equivalent).

• Technical Knowledge: Adequate and practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.

• National Identity: This position is open to Indian Nationals only.

• Availability: Candidates must be ready to join immediately.

• Communication: Ability to communicate financial data clearly and maintain professional documentation.

• إدارة البيانات المالية: معالجة القيود المحاسبية اليومية والحفاظ على دفاتر دقيقة لضمان الشفافية المالية في الوقت الفعلي.

• الإشراف المحاسبي: تطبيق المعرفة المحاسبية الكافية لإدارة المهام المالية المتنوعة، وضمان تسجيل كافة المعاملات وفقاً للمبادئ القياسية.

• التقارير العاجلة: المساعدة في إعداد الملخصات المالية الدورية لدعم إدارة الشركة في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية.

• الالتزام والدقة: ضمان دقة وتنظيم كافة الوثائق المالية وامتثالها لمعايير الشركة الداخلية.

• تحسين العمليات: المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لسير عمل مسك الدفاتر لتعزيز كفاءة القسم بشكل عام.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: الحد الأدنى خريج تجارة (B.Com أو ما يعادلها).

• المعرفة الفنية: معرفة عملية وكافية بمبادئ المحاسبة وسير العمل المالي.

• الجنسية: هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للجنسية الهندية فقط.

• الجاهزية: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مستعدين للمباشرة الفورية بالعمل.
