We are seeking a highly analytical and disciplined Senior Accountant to oversee our core accounting operations and ensure the highest standards of fiscal integrity. Responsibilities

• Operational Financial Oversight: Manage comprehensive day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring all financial records are maintained with meticulous accuracy.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide high-level analytical reports to management to support strategic decision-making.

• Fiscal Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain a healthy and transparent cash flow.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial activities strictly comply with national regulations, tax requirements, and internal corporate policies.

• Budgeting & Planning: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, playing a key role in the long-term financial planning of the organization.

• Audit Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring a seamless and transparent audit process.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of proven accounting experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. High proficiency in specialized accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational discipline, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet rigorous deadlines independently.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف المالي التشغيلي: إدارة كافة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وضمان الاحتفاظ بسجلات مالية دقيقة ومحدثة وفقاً للمعايير المهنية.

• التقارير والتحليل المالي: إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية، وتقديم تقارير تحليلية دقيقة للإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرار.

• التسويات المالية: مراقبة وتسوية الحسابات البنكية، وحسابات الدائنين والمدينين لضمان شفافية التدفقات النقدية.

• الحوكمة والامتثال: ضمان التزام كافة الأنشطة المالية باللوائح والتشريعات الوطنية، والمتطلبات الضريبية، وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.

• الموازنات والتخطيط: المساهمة في إعداد الميزانيات التقديرية والتنبؤات المالية، والمشاركة الفعالة في التخطيط المالي طويل الأمد.

• تنسيق التدقيق: التعاون مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين لتسهيل إجراءات التدقيق وضمان سلاسة العمليات الرقابية.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة عملية مثبتة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بمبادئ المحاسبة والمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية، مع إتقان تام للبرامج المحاسبية وبرنامج Excel.

• السمات الشخصية: تفكير تحليلي قوي، انضباط تنظيمي استثنائي، والقدرة على إدارة المهام بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
